Carlton Ward Jr. is a National Geographic Explorer and photographer focused on Florida’s hidden wild. He founded the Florida Wildlife Corridor project in 2010 and has since trekked 2,000 miles during two National Geographic supported expeditions to advocate for the corridor’s protection. As an eighth-generation Floridian, Ward has developed strong connections with conservation organizations, researchers, and landowners. KT Bryden is an Emmy-winning cinematographer, conservationist, and storyteller dedicated to creating compelling narratives about the natural world. Her work, featured on platforms such as Disney+, PBS, and National Geographic, bridges the gap between science and storytelling. As the Executive Producer and Film Director at Wildpath, KT partners with scientists, conservationists, and storytellers to craft powerful, purpose-driven films. Whether capturing rare wildlife moments or delving into the emotional stakes of conservation, she is deeply committed to inspiring audiences to protect the planet.

Lisa Baylor is an artist, designer and project manager. She holds a BFA in Studio Arts from Webster University, a background which has helped her contribute to multiple conservation projects over the past ten years with Carlton and the Florida Wildlife Corridor team, including publications, expeditions and major exhibits. Lisa applies her Midwestern work ethic to creating a better Florida through art and outreach.

Rich Roddman is an editor, colorist, DIT, and video engineer with over 35 years in the industry. Rich’s specialty is developing successful workflows, smoothing out the pathway from post production to deliveries. His work is expands across feature films, episodics, and national commercials. Professional memberships include Film Florida, Women in Film and Television, the Colorist Society and Mixing Light. But if you ask Rich, he’ll tell you he’s just a storyteller.

Kristen supports the leadership team at Wildpath in its mission to protect wildlife corridors through impactful storytelling and strategic partnerships. With a background in organizational management and community-focused initiatives, she plays a key role in coordinating projects, managing communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations among teams and collaborators. Driven by a deep connection to the natural world, Kristen is committed to supporting a team working to build a more connected and thriving planet.

Lauren Yoho is a photographer and artist. She has worked as a Camera Trap Technician primarily responsible for helping manage Wildpath’s network of professional photo and video camera traps. Today, Lauren is Wildpath’s Social Media Manager. Lauren holds a BFA in studio art and biology from Loyola University in New Orleans. Her degrees have helped shape her passion for photography and nature conservation.
